Salary: MPS - UPS Teachers Pay Scales as appropriate + TLR 2B (leading wider responsibilities including local primary and secondary work in the local area)

Purpose of the job

As a Teacher you are required to be competent in all elements of the Teacher Standards, to discharge the Teachers Responsibilities as set out in the Contractual Framework for Teachers of the School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document and to act in accordance with the School’s ethos, policies and practices, under the direction of the Principal.

Your focus will be on developing curriculum and the progress of students in MFL by working with other teachers and leaders across the organisation. You will support colleagues to deliver their curriculum to the very highest standards and build on the quality of MFL in the local area. This is a unique, exciting opportunity for career development towards wider school leadership.
