Teacher of MFL (Spanish) job summary

The Role,

Tudor Grange Academy Kingshurst is an aspiring school with highly supportive staff committed to providing the best education possible for our students. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, dynamic and innovate leader of MFL.

We are seeking to recruit an outstanding teacher of Languages to contribute to a thriving and highly experienced languages team.

We are looking for a teacher that demonstrates resilience, is driven and self-motivated and that will contribute to the success of our cohesive and welcoming academy. The successful applicants would be expected to teach a range of classes, including Key Stage 3 and 4, as well as potential Key Stage 5 lessons, where applicable. Much time is committed to developing a wide range of teaching and learning strategies to be implemented within the subject, with a focus on a collaborative approach to planning with centralised, shared units of work and resources.

As a department, we follow the AQA specification at KS4 and, at KS5 and A Level courses

  • teaching in a forward-thinking department with excellent resources and facilities for teachers who love their subject 

  • working in a multi-academy trust with the potential for opportunities of collaboration and leadership across the four other secondary schools, as well as large scale Trust Insets with opportunities to network and share best practice and share resources across the Tudor Grange family of schools
