Are you passionate about MFL and inspiring the next generation of learners? Do you have a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Our school is seeking a passionate and qualified teacher of modern foreign languages to join our team. The successful candidate will have a relevant degree and a proven track record of successful teaching. You should be able to teach Spanish up to KS5 and French as an additional language to support the continuing development of the MFL curriculum and to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

You will work closely with the MFL team and Head of Department to continue developing a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum which will appeal to the students we teach. You will work collaboratively with the team to continue to increase the popularity of the subject, particularly at A-level. Our ideal candidate will have the potential to teach Spanish at A-Level standard.

There will be opportunities to join a team responsible for organising trips to France and Spain, as well as visits to French and Spanish restaurants where students can experience foreign cuisine. Additionally, you will be able to participate in school-wide events, such as the Eurovision competition, in collaboration with the music department.
