Develop more courageous engagement in bolder visions of education that will help young people become change makers in their own and other people's lives.’
Andy Hargreaves
Whether you’re an experienced MFL teacher or an ambitious NQT, you will bring the country into the classroom and share your love of speaking and learning a foreign language with our pupils in order to develop fluency from the minute they arrive.
In short, you will be as passionate as we are about transforming the lives of young people and giving them the knowledge and results to get ahead. You’d be joining a forward-thinking department that boasts outstanding results at both GCSE and A-level and is looking to further develop and increase the provision of languages in the school.
You can be certain that we will give you the support to make your ideas reality.
In return, you can expect fantastic Professional Development opportunities, a comprehensive employee benefits package including a health cash plan, shopping discounts, cycle-to-work and gym schemes, cinema tickets and an employee assistance programme.
As a valued teacher you will use your sphere of influence to play an important part in taking TDA from Good to Great, and we can promise it’ll be an exciting and rewarding journey. Along the way, you will gain the satisfaction of #Transforming Lives in our Academy and across our Trust’s twenty-two schools.
Academy Transformation Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and the successful applicant must undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure and reference checks.
