What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a high quality, enthusiastic Teacher of Music to join our vibrant Creative Arts Faculty. If you have the desire to make a real difference to the lives of young people and want to join a team of highly dedicated staff, then we would love to hear from you.
We would welcome applications from all levels of experience and there is the possibility of a TLR for the right candidate looking to take on leadership responsibilities. We would also be pleased to hear from ECTs looking to start their teaching career within a MAT which provides lots of opportunities as well as working within a supportive department.

One of the twelve schools within the Blackdown Education Partnership, Axe Valley currently has approximately 750 students in Years 7–11. The Academy is located in the East Devon area of the country, in the beautiful market town of Axminster, which is set on the River Axe. Axminster is just a few miles inland from the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site but has excellent rail links to London and Exeter.
