This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher of Music & Drama looking to develop their teaching career and build solid teaching experience. The Oxford Academy is seeking to appoint an excellent and energetic teacher who is truly passionate about their subject and can inspire students and instil a love of learning. As a teacher at The Oxford Academy you would be responsible for delivering excellent lessons, pastoral care for our students and contributing to the wider school community.

You will be someone who has high expectations of themselves and others, and  someone thoroughly committed to making a difference to students’ lives.

A £2,500 recruitm ent incentive (R&R) payment for successful candidates applying directly to RLT for this role, is payable after a qualifying period of two full terms in this role.  This includes a 2-year retention period.  Please see our attached information sheet for more details.
