Teacher of Music job summary
We seek to appoint a Teacher of Music to join the team at George Pindar School. This is a permanent position, working 1.0 FTE.

The Performing Arts Department at George Pindar School benefits from a suite of spaces for music including a well-stocked main teaching classroom, three practice rooms and an IT space where iMacs are available for students for composition and recording. The department uses the EDUQAS GCSE Music qualification which is popular with students and staff. All GCSE Music students benefit from a weekly lesson with a peripatetic specialist in their chosen specialism and are offered opportunities to perform in the annual Candlelight Carols concert and visits in the community.
