What skills and experience we're looking for
Our Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding and enthusiastic Nurture Base Teacher with the ability to deliver effective teaching and learning at Key Stage 3 across all curriculum areas. You will need to be a practitioner who consistently delivers high quality teaching with the ability to inspire, engage and motivate students. You will also need have excellent communication skills, be ambitious and be a strong team player and above all else, you will need to be dedicated to excellence in all that you do.
This role is suitable for both ECTs and colleagues with one or more years teaching experience.
Personal Qualities:
- An outstanding classroom practitioner with a dedication and desire for teaching and learning
- Someone who has the ability to inspire and foster a love of learning
- Teaching experience at Key Stage 2/3
- The ability, determination and drive to teach a range of subjects to Key Stage 3
- Committed to the school’s vision and demonstrating compassion through the mission statement
- Dedicated to ensuring students achieve the best outcomes
- Have the capacity and drive to develop their teaching and bring innovative ideas to the classroom
- Hold QTS and a relevant undergraduate degree.
