Teacher of PE job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and inspirational Teacher of PE to join King’s Norton Boys’ School as we continue on our journey towards becoming Outstanding. This post is particularly suitable for NQTs but more experienced teachers are welcome to apply. We are looking for a dynamic and caring individual who is able to teach PE to GCSE standard and possibly another subject to Key Stage 3. Our school has a fully deserved reputation for offering a highly supportive and collaborative environment. The PE department has an established track record of exam success and a full programme of extra-curricular sport. Boys are enthusiastic about PE and there is an ethos that values participation and team work, developed across a whole range of sports. You will benefit from the support of both your department and our excellent pastoral team who have high expectations and promote positive behaviour and strict but caring ethos.
