What skills and experience we're looking for

About You:

As a Teacher of PE & Sport you will possess a passion for teaching and be an excellent practitioner with a commitment to raising expectations and attainment. Our Ideal candidate would have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status and a degree in a related discipline
  • Experience of teaching a second subject
  • A genuine passion for and a belief in the potential of every student
  • The ability to think strategically about classroom practice and tailoring lessons to students needs

About the PE & Sport Faculty:

PE is taught at all three Key Stages, from year 7 through to year 13. The faculty strives to instil a passion for sport and exercise throughout their students’ different pathways here in school. The Hart School also provides excellent enrichment and extra-curricular activities, which allow students to experience outdoor activities as well as many sports.
