Teacher of PE job summary
The Sele School is a rapidly improving secondary school demonstrating three years of significant improvement on our progress 8 score. We are looking for a committed individual who is excited to join a professional environment where excellence is the norm and who will seek to take up all the professional development opportunities the school has to offer. The Sele School works with School Sports Partnership and our students undertake Sports Leader roles where they run sports events aimed at Primary Schools.
The successful candidate will:
Be an outstanding classroom practitioner who will teach PE to students in Years 7 to 11 and BTEC Award.
Be actively involved in providing extra-curricular opportunities to all age groups.
Have high standards of communication and interpersonal skills.

The Governing Body of The Sele School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and requires all staff and volunteers to demonstrate this commitment in all aspects of their work.
