appoint an inspiring, enthusiastic and vibrant Teacher of Performing Arts to
join our well-established department. This post would be equally
appropriate for an experienced or a newly qualified teacher. The successful applicant will be required to
teach Performing Arts at KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach Sixth Form
at our Beyton Campus for a suitably qualified candidate. Ideally you will
be a Drama specialist and have knowledge of vocational BTec style

Performing Arts is a thriving department with a proven track record of
outstanding student achievement at GCSE and particularly at Advanced
level. All Performing Arts lessons are taught in specialist rooms at both
the Thurston and the Beyton Campuses with up to date AV equipment. Performing Arts is a popular subject in the
Sixth Form with a large uptake at Advanced Level courses in A Level.
