The academy is expanding from 8 form entry to 10 form entry and moving to a state of the art Hub next to our Sixth Form Centre, which is a mile from the original academy.
We will look to you to deliver innovative learning strategies that inspire students and provide the kind of feedback that stimulates positive change – so we need an exceptional professional with real passion for Psychology and deep dedication to transforming futures.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional and be crucial to helping us move from Good to Outstanding. This post is suitable for NQTs or for someone who is already an excellent and experienced classroom practitioner. The Faculty of Social Sciences delivers Psychology at KS4 and KS5 and also offers Sociology, Criminology and EPQ at KS5. The ability to offer any KS3-5 subject in addition to Psychology will be considered.
Mildenhall College Academy is a split site Academy with Sixth Form based on a separate site. We deliver high quality learning experiences and aim for the best possible achievement for every student. Mildenhall College Academy was graded ‘good’ by Ofsted, November 2018.
