The successful candidate will teach at the Upper School site. We have a vacancy for a confident, enthusiastic, suitably qualified and experienced Teacher of Psychology to join a strong, successful department from January 2022
The successful candidate will:
• be an excellent, strongly motivated teacher able to teach across the ability range
• have a passionate commitment to making learning stimulating and relevant for all
• be a confident, skilled user of ICT
• be willing to contribute to the wider life of the School
• ability to teach A-Level Psychology
• have a passionate commitment to making Psychology relevant, accessible and rewarding for all
Psychology is a very popular subject in the Sixth Form, there are four classes in both Year 12 and Year 13. The department consistently achieves excellent results and students also report high levels of enjoyment of the subject and many go on to study psychology related subjects at university. Three experienced staff currently make up the department which provides a supportive and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be required to complete Disclosure and Barring Service declarations in line with Section 115 of the Police Act 1997.
