Sheringham High School is a popular 11-18 school situated on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast. We have a strong sense of community and take pride in our surroundings.
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational, talented and committed Teacher of Psychology and Criminology to join our Sixth form team.
Our Psychology and Criminology courses are well-established, with a strong uptake. The successful applicant would be teaching classes across years 12 and 13 and would also be responsible for a sixth form tutor group.
The post would suit someone who has a solid subject knowledge and a passion for supporting students to achieve their best outcomes. As part of our team, you would provide a rich and engaging curriculum, high-quality teaching and outstanding levels of respect and care. We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent communication and time management skills, who would be excited about further developing these popular subjects and contributing to the dynamic student experience in our Sixth Form.

Sheringham High School became an Academy in 2011 and is situated on the North Norfolk coast, forty or so minutes from Norwich. Until September 2021, Sheringham High was the central high school in the North Norfolk Academy Trust which has now merged with Synergy MAT.
We are a popular School that caters for over 700 students aged from 11 to 18 who live in Sheringham, Holt and the many surrounding villages. The School occupies a wonderful campus set in its own spacious playing fields with views of the sea.
