Teacher of Psychology job summary

Full or Part Time Required for September 2021 Wootton Academy Trust [WAT] consists of Wootton Upper School, which has 900 pupils in Years 9-11 and Kimberley 16-19 College, which in September 2021 will have 700 students in Years 12 and 13 studying Level 3 courses. WAT is a happy, successful Trust and we are seeking to appoint someone to join our team and make a positive impact on students’ lives. Staff here are supportive, caring and committed to a collaborative approach to teaching and learning. As a new member of staff, you can expect a warm welcome and a wide range of CPD opportunities to develop your practice and career. We are seeking an inspirational teacher committed to high academic standards who can communicate to young people an enthusiasm for Psychology. This teacher of Psychology position is required due to the increasing popularity of Social Sciences courses at Kimberley College. Psychology is one of our most popular subjects and outcomes are exceptional. Kimberley opened in 2013 in a state-of-the-art building that provides excellent resources for both staff and students. Psychology [and Sociology] are not taught at Wootton Upper School so our team of Psychology and Sociology teachers are based solely at Kimberley College. Previous applicants need not apply!
