We are looking for a well-qualified and inspiring Teacher of Psychology to join our Ofsted Outstanding college. This is an opportunity to become an integral part of a supportive and high-performing team, contributing to the development and improvement of curriculum plans and resources, with a focus on student learning, achievement, and progression. We welcome applications from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers who have a strong passion for the subject and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.

The successful candidate will have strong planning and time management skills, and the ability to engage and challenge both students and colleagues. A deep subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Psychology are essential, as is effective communication with students, parents and staff. You should have a proven track record of delivering strong results and positive student outcomes, fostering a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages academic excellence.
