Teacher of Religious Education with Chaplaincy job summary

This post is an opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring that Christ the King Catholic High School becomes an ever-improving school. All teaching staff and subject leaders play an integral part in the success and progress of our students. In your role of Teacher of RE and as part of the RE department, you will develop, plan and ensure the delivery of effective and high-quality learning experiences for all of our students, ensuring that they have access to the knowledge and skills that they need in order to succeed. As Chaplain you will be expected to contribute significantly to the Catholic life of the school, leading on Collective Worship and ensuring all staff and students are engaged in our mission and values.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
