Key responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality RE lessons that inspire students and meet curriculum standards.
- Plan, prepare, and assess student work effectively to ensure strong progress for all learners.
- Promote an inclusive classroom environment where diverse beliefs and perspectives are respected.
- Monitor and track student attainment, providing targeted support where needed.
- Contribute to the wider life of the academy, including enrichment activities and school events.
Pay range: M1 - U3 ( Inner London ) £40,317 - £6,2496
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Degree in Religious Studies, Theology, or a related subject.
- Proven ability (or strong potential) to teach RE at secondary level.
- Knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Experience of working in a school setting (desirable for ECTs)
