Teacher of Religous Studies and Philosophy job summary

We are looking for an inspiring Religious Studies and Philosophy teacher with a passion for engaging highly motivated learners. We welcome applications from ECTs and experienced teachers alike. From September 2026, new Year 12 students will follow A Level courses, with Philosophy continuing to be a popular and well‑established subject in the Sixth Form. At GCSE, Religious Studies also enjoys strong popularity, with many students choosing to deepen their understanding of ethical and philosophical issues as they progress into the Sixth Form. Both subjects support the development of critical thinking and remain important elements of the school’s curriculum. Students in Years 7-9 learn through collaborative inquiry in our Middle Years Programme, and you will join a team dedicated to high‑quality teaching and deep subject understanding.
