Following our successful visit from Ofsted, in which we were graded Good in all areas, we are now embarking on our next round of recruitment to ensure the highest standard of quality teaching for our students. We require an enthusiastic Teacher of Science to join our dedicated, friendly and high performing Science department. Our Science department has an excellent supportive team with extensive experience. This post would suit a Teacher of Science with experience. This is an incredibly exciting time to join Waseley because of the journey it is on and our state-of-the-art new school which is opening in September.

For exceptional candidates, this role could be alongside a whole school Head of Year role. This would be an excellent opportunity for somebody wanting progression in both a Science Teaching and Pastoral setting alongside one another.

All teachers are subject to the Conditions of Employment set out in their contract of employment and the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document. These detail the professional and particular duties required of teachers, together with requirements for Management time, Working time and Guaranteed planning and preparation time. The Trust and its schools comply with these requirements in order to make reasonable demands of teachers.
