This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about science education and eager to make a real difference.
As a valued member of our Science team, you will play a key role in delivering high quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to contribute to Key Stage 5. The ability to teach A Level Chemistry is highly desirable as we continue to strengthen our post-16 provision. You will plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons, provide effective assessment and feedback, and create a classroom environment where every student is able to achieve their very best.
We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about Science and committed to raising standards across all year groups. You should have high expectations for yourself and your students, strong subject knowledge and a desire to continue developing your practice. You will be someone who is dynamic, creative and inspirational in the classroom and who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team. Above all, you will be committed to helping all students succeed and reach their full potential, while also contributing to the wider life of the Academy, including extra-curricular activities and pastoral support.
Applicants should hold Qualified Teacher Status and a relevant degree in a science discipline. A strong commitment to safeguarding, professional development and collaborative working within the Trust is essential.
