What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a self-motivated, supportive and inspiring teacher who has experience in teaching Science across Key Stages 3 – 4; the ability to contribute to the delivery of one of our A Levels (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) would be welcomed but is not essential. You will be an excellent teacher who is passionate about your subject and able to inspire and motivate students to learn.
The Q3 Academy Tipton is looking for someone who has:
- Excellent subject knowledge in Science;
- A track record of inspiring students in Science, enabling them to achieve outstanding results;
- Inspiring and creative ideas to make Science subjects accessible to a range of abilities;
- The ability to understand and work with assessment data to monitor and intervene as appropriate with students.
