What skills and experience we're looking for
Degree or equivalent in Science or related subject
Qualified teacher status
Evidence of continuing professional development
Degree at 2:1 or above in Science related subject
Good knowledge of the Science curriculum across at least two key stages
Able to teach A Level
Competent use of IT
Commitment to being involved in the wider life of school through participation in extra-curricular activities
Willing to organise and participate in enrichment visits to the UK and abroad
Experience of working in a similar setting
Able to engage, enthuse and motivate students of all abilities
Ability to set targets, meet deadlines and work under pressure
Evidence of, and willing to, contribute to extra-curricular activities
Maintains high professional standards
Commitment and enthusiasm for teaching Science
