Consett Academy

Consett Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Science, with the potential to teach some PE. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire young people and support them in achieving their full potential.

The successful candidate will have experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and 4, with the ability to plan and deliver lessons that are accessible, stimulating and differentiated for a range of abilities. You will have strong classroom management skills, a commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of students, and the ability to build positive relationships with young people and colleagues alike.
