About the Role

As a Teacher of Science, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality Science teaching across KS3 and GCSE
  • Plan engaging lessons that maximise progress for learners of all abilities
  • Set high expectations for behaviour, learning and achievement
  • Assess, track and monitor student progress to inform teaching
  • Play a full part in the wider life of the school, including pastoral responsibilities and enrichment opportunities
  • You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all students are supported to achieve their full potential.

About You

We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
  • Can inspire, motivate and challenge students of all abilities
  • Is committed to inclusive education and high standards for all
  • Works effectively as part of a team and builds positive relationships with students, staff and families
  • Demonstrates resilience, professionalism and a genuine passion for teaching
