The Role

We are seeking to appoint a passionate teacher of Science to join our thriving and successful Science faculty. This position will suit both an experienced or early career teacher.
The faculty boasts a vast range of extra curricular activities; including STEM and VEX which continually look to inspire students to follow a path of Science. There has never been a more exciting time to join the team.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Be fully qualified to teach through the secondary range for Key Stages 3 & 4
- Demonstrate an enthusiasm for the subject which will inspire student progress
- Demonstrate a capacity to design materials that are adapted and will engage students in the learning process
- Experience of IT and a willingness to use it to plan and teach lessons
- We are looking for you if you have:
- Qualified Teacher Status, also suitable for ECTs
- An ability to teach lessons that challenge all students
- A passion for teaching and making a real difference to young people
- A commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
