What skills and experience we're looking for
THE ROLE
The teacher will report to the Head of Science and will be responsible for teaching classes in the school at both Key Stage 3 & 4 using his/her skills, experience and best endeavours and in accordance with Teachers’ Standards. The ability to teach Chemistry at GCSE at both Foundation and Higher tier is preferable. In addition, they are likely to undertake some form tutor responsibilities. He/she will abide by the Code of Conduct for Staff and Volunteers at Stradbroke High School. A contribution to the wider life of the school is an expectation of all staff, for example by supporting the extra-curricular activities within the Science Department.
