Teacher of Science – Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Teacher of Science to join our school.

Laleham Gap School is a special day school for children with Communication and Interaction needs. The school has a mixed role of 240 pupils aged 4-18.

The successful candidate will be able to develop and deliver lessons to support our pupils in the Secondary Department of our school. They will be an experienced practitioner and previous experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to engage our pupils in learning and to meet their unique, individual needs.

Laleham Gap is a Communication and Interaction Special School. We have pupils aged from 4 to 18 years of age. Most of our pupils have a diagnosis of Autism. All pupils have an EHCP. Most pupils will achieve some GCSEs or equivalent at age 16.
