What skills and experience we're looking for

Required after Easter 2024, the Governors of this high achieving, oversubscribed Catholic Voluntary Academy seek to appoint an inspiring, enthusiastic, motivated and well qualified Teacher of Science ( Physicist or Biologist preferable, but not essential).

This appointment provides the opportunity to teach well-motivated, hard-working pupils. You will join a forward-thinking and high-achieving Science and Health faculty and be committed to delivering genuinely imaginative, engaging and varied lessons. This is an opportunity to take the subject in a new and exciting direction.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an outstanding and proactive Teacher of Science, committed to high standards and expected to teach Science at key stages 3 and at key stage 4. Key stage 5 would also be desirable. As a committed team player, you will have excellent organisational skills and the natural ability to motivate pupils with a passion for making a difference to the lives of young people.
