What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Science teacher,to work with us in our drive towards achieving the best outcomes for all pupils.
To succeed in this role, you must be an exceptional practitioner, with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire students. We offer an excellent CPD programme for all staff.We are committed to developing high quality and effective teachers, continuous training and professional development is embedded within our school culture.
Our school has a history of excellence in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths and these subjects are at the heart of our curriculum. We have been both TES STEM School of the year and STEM Team of the year in recent years. We are also an ARK mastery ambassador school and an Ogden Trust lead school.
To succeed in this role, you must be an exceptional practitioner, with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire students.
What the school offers its staff
For ECTs' we run a well-established mentoring programme and provide additional time allocation to meet with your mentor on a regular basis. You will also be supported in attending any external meeting related to your training.
We also offer an Employee Assistance Programme, free of charge to all staff offering support on financial situations, health and wellbeing, weight loss, bereavement counselling, stress and anxiety, buying your first house, etc.
