Teacher of Social Science and Ethics job summary
he University of Kent Academies Trust (UKAT) is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and dedicated Teacher of Social Sciences, specialising in Sociology with the ability to contribute to the Ethics curriculum, to join our vibrant and forward-thinking school community.
This is a maternity cover position starting in September 2025, offering an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive team, helping shape the future of our students across Key Stages 4 and 5.
About the Role:You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues across both key stages to drive continuous improvement in student outcomes within Social Sciences. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, thought-provoking lessons that support both academic achievement and students' personal development.
