Teacher of Sociology job summary

About the Sociology Department: Sociology is delivered solely in the 6th Form and is an increasingly popular subject at A Level. The department follows the AQA A Level in Sociology supported by the Napier Press textbook. All students are provided with access to the A Level Sociology Review magazine. Rickmansworth School is an 11-18 heavily oversubscribed co-educational partially (35%) selective academy with nearly 1455 students on roll, increasing to around 1575 students over the next five years. Academic results are strong at KS4 and KS5 with the vast majority of students securing their first choice university destinations.
