Key Responsibilities
- Teach Spanish across applicable Key Stages with creativity and challenge.
- Adapt and personalise lessons to meet individual needs and close gaps in understanding.
- Promote a respectful, safe, and inquisitive learning environment.
- Track and assess student progress, offering responsive support where needed.
- Work collaboratively to enhance curriculum materials and pedagogy.
- Engage in continual professional development, including trust-wide CPD programmes.
