What skills and experience we're looking for

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and forward-thinking Teacher of Design Technology to join our thriving and well-resourced Technology Department from September 2025. We’re looking for someone who brings creativity, energy, and a collaborative spirit to the classroom. You’ll be teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to contribute to Key Stage 5, depending on experience and interest.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has strong subject knowledge in Design Technology.
  • Is innovative, strategic, and highly motivated, with a commitment to delivering engaging and challenging lessons.
  • Can inspire, support, and stretch students of all abilities, while also being a positive and proactive team player.
