Teacher of Visual Arts job summary
Situated close to the centre of Cambridge, Long Road is a popular and successful Sixth Form College with over 2,600 16-19 year old full time students. All our staff share a passion for teaching and learning and are encouraged to support each other and to recognise each other’s strengths. We are committed to enhancing the individual skills and knowledge of all our staff, to enable them to work positively with our students and our community partners.
We are seeking a suitably qualified and dedicated professional to join our established Visual Arts & Performance Department. The successful candidate will teach across a range of courses, including A Level and Level 2 & 3 Applied Art, with subject expertise in Fine Art, Digital Design, Fashion & Textiles, and Photography. The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player, committed to our ethos of working in partnership with students to ensure each achieves their full potential.
