Aim and main purpose of the role:

Passionate about outdoor learning, providing open-ended opportunities for children to be able to take risks and excel in a safe place.

In addition, the successful candidate must:

Smile every day, all day and make children feel special!

Laugh at jokes that aren’t funny!

Take on any role with no training – hairdresser, train driver, astronaut, pilot!

Enjoy the taste of devious soups of mud, cakes of salt dough while wearing the scent of dandelion and daisy perfume!
