Join Park Aspire AP Academy and Help Young People Rebuild, Grow, and Succeed

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Teacher at Park Aspire Alternative Provision Academy.

At Park Aspire AP Academy, we believe every young person deserves the chance to thrive — to feel valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. As a high‑quality Alternative Provision, we work with pupils who have been permanently excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education, helping them rebuild confidence and develop a positive future.

Many of our pupils have found mainstream education challenging, but with our structured, nurturing environment — built on clear expectations, consistent rewards, and unwavering support — they begin to rediscover self-belief and a renewed attitude towards learning. Our small class sizes allow us to understand each pupil’s unique needs and create strong, trusting relationships that help them flourish.

Our team is made up of dedicated, highly skilled professionals with expertise in supporting pupils with SEND as well as social, emotional, mental health, and behavioural needs. We work closely with Educational Psychologists, CAMHS, Children’s Services, Early Help and other partners, ensuring that every young person receives the tailored, holistic support they need.

We know that children make the best progress when home and school work together, and we are committed to open, positive communication with families.

If you are passionate about making a difference and want to work in an environment where you can truly change lives, we encourage you to apply. At Park Aspire AP Academy, your work has purpose, your impact is visible, and your professional growth is supported.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a personalised and inclusive curriculum, building positive relationships with students, and helping them develop both academically and socially.
