Teacher - Pathways Outreach job summary

Southern Cross School is looking for a qualified Outreach Teacher to be based in the Pathways Team. The candidate must have a positive relational approach and provide appropriate strategies that enables the student to access an inclusive education curriculum offer. The successful candidate will join a enthusiastic and welcoming team at Southern Cross School and will join us in motivating students to strive for success while maintaining a healthy learning environment for all children within the school.


The Outreach Teacher will be expected to deliver a core syllabus to disengaged pupils within the environment that best supports their educational needs. This will also include working together in partnership with school, families, and agencies to overcome pupils' barriers to learning.


Driver with business insurance will be required as transporting pupils will be involved as appropriate.
