Further details about the role
This is an opportunity for an excellent classroom practitioner who is ready to flourish and grow as an integral part of our middle leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading staff within a phase team to maintain high quality teaching and learning. They will lead on a whole school priority distributing their expertise across school as part of our leadership structure.
The post will be to lead Phase 1 (Nursery, Reception & Year 1) and experience of teaching in the EYFS and National Curriculum year groups is essential.
We are searching for somebody who can continue to drive school improvement and be an example of excellent classroom practice to colleagues. The post will involve responsibilities and experiences which will provide excellent preparation for those aspiring for senior leadership in the future. This is an exciting opportunity which provides significant professional development opportunities.
