What skills and experience we're looking for
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching primary school pupils, ideally within a similar setting. Or an ECT that is ready to start their journey.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing children's development.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate.
