Location: Primary School within the Romero Catholic Academy, Coventry

Start Date: September 2025

The Romero Catholic Academy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. We are committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive academically, spiritually, and socially. This role is open to Experienced or Newly Qualified Teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience.
  • Uphold the values and ethos of the Romero Catholic Academy.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in primary education.
  • Strong commitment to the Catholic ethos and values of our academy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
