What skills and experience we're looking for
Ridgefield Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a skilful and inspirational primary classroom teacher. We are seeking to appoint a fulltime enthusiastic, passionate class teacher to join our strong, hardworking team, starting on the 1stSeptember 2024.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled teacher. We welcome applications from ECT’s and from experienced Teachers. You will need to have a passion for working with young children, their families and the wider community.

The contract is for 12 months, in the first instance. It is a Main scale post depending upon experience.
Whilst we have advertised the role as full time, we welcome applications from those looking to work part-time. Please specify your ideal working pattern in your covering letter. Our approach is always to try and work with our staff to achieve the right work/life balance. This will be discussed during the interview.

Ridgefield is a wonderful community based school on the outskirts of Cambridge, with excellent transport links to the A14 and A11, the main Cambridge train station is only a short walk away.
