We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and resilient teacher to join our committed team at Castle School,who:

Main roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers, teaching assistants, and other staff to meet the individual needs of our students.
- Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons that inspire students and help them reach their full potential.
- Create a positive, enabling classroom environment that supports learning, exploration, and personal growth.
- Complete all required documentation in line with school policies and procedures.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including fostering independence and developing communication skills.
- Promote inclusivity and cultural competence within the classroom, valuing and celebrating the diversity of our students.
- Engage in regular training and professional development opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student development.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed to meet individual needs.
