This is a unique opportunity to be part of something both new and rooted. You’ll be a key member of a founding team, helping to shape the vision, environment, and curriculum of the provision, while enjoying the stability, ethos, and support of an established and ambitious school. Your work will be deeply collaborative, child-led, and transformative—for the pupils and for you.

* A passionate advocate for inclusion with strong SEND and SEMH knowledge
* A calm, flexible practitioner who thrives in a creative, adaptive environment
* Someone who brings curiosity, empathy, and a relational approach to teaching and behaviour
* A team player who values working closely with families, specialists, and colleagues

* Small group sizes and a high staff-to-pupil ratio
* Comprehensive professional development and SEND-focused CPD
* A whole-school culture that celebrates diversity and prioritises wellbeing
