What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a skilled teacher with experience of teaching children with SEND to join the St Paul’s team to cover a maternity leave.
In this role, you will lead the provision of the Specialist Resource Base for 9 children with speech, language and communication needs (not ASD, ADHD) and oversee the provision of speech and language interventions, delivered by speech and language therapists. You will also be working with and oversee an excellent team of practitioners who currently support in the provision.
The provision is part of the mainstream school and, where appropriate, children join the main school for learning and activities.
We are looking for a ‘team player’ who will support the development of our whole-school values, in which raising of pupils’ attainment is central to your work on a day to day basis
