As part of our Academy’s mission to ensure the best possible outcomes for all children, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, resilient, and aspirational KS2 teacher who is passionate about supporting the academic, social, and behavioural development of our children in Year Four.
The post holder will:
- Have a strong vision and ethos that supports our school’s values and culture.
- Have a track record of raising both pupil attainment and standards of teaching and learning.
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families, working well as part of our team.
- Be an inclusive practitioner who is dedicated to providing the right support to ensure that all learners can feel success.
- Have experience of leading a curriculum subject with passion and enthusiasm, extending learning opportunities beyond the national curriculum.
- Be fully engaged with the wider life of the school and happy to take part in our extra-curricular offer.
- Be a reflective and enthusiastic practitioner, eager to develop professionally, with evidence of putting research and training into practice.
