Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Teacher to join our team at The Ifffley Academy
The role

- Ensure all pupils in their care within the academy receive an exciting, effective and appropriate education
- Be active in promoting our visions and values and supporting our ethos for achievement for all and high standards.
- Monitor, assess, and report on teaching quality, learning, and classroom management.
- Provide differentiated work to meet individual student needs.
- Maintain curriculum planning and review cycles in line with school policies.
- Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all students.
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Ability to maximise the use of ICT for both teaching and professional duties
- Excellent communication skills at all levels both verbal and written
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Experience planning for and teaching pupils with SEN
- Experience with school improvement and monitoring
