Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust (IPAT) are looking for to recruit experienced, enthusiastic Teachers to join our friendly and hard working teams in our schools: All Saints CE Primary School, Sapcote, Dunton Bassett Primary School, Sharnford CE Primary School , John Wycliffe Primary School, Lutterworth, Gilmorton Chandler CE Primary School, Ullesthorpe CE Primary School. Claybrooke Primary School, St. Margaret's CE Primary School, Stoke Golding and St Mary's CE Primary School, Bitteswell.
All our schools are based in Leicestershire and close to motorway links. The posts are full-time or 0.8 FTE. Salary scale M1 - M6 dependent on experience.
Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust are looking for experienced, enthusiastic Teachers to join our friendly and hard working teams.
Our Academy caters for children from 4 to 11 years of age. We are an established Trust of schools set up in June 2017 .
Our partnership with Unity Schools Partnership (USP) provides the resources of a wide range of curriculum experts to ensure that our curriculum design is robust, coherent, and well sequenced. Each decision regarding our curriculum is grounded in evidence-informed practices, enhancing the retention of knowledge for pupils and improving the effectiveness of teaching. This approach to curriculum development empowers teachers to focus on the craft of teaching, utilising their expertise and creative talents to effectively deliver learning to their unique cohorts.

Ullesthorpe CE Primary School is a small
academy of 100 pupils aged 4-11 years.
The school is situated in the small rural
village of Ullesthorpe located not far from
Lutterworth and Rugby with easy access to
motorway networks and the A5.
Ullesthorpe is a thriving village and we are
proud of our place in the community.
The school has beautiful leafy grounds
which feature a sports field, two
playgrounds, a trim trail, growing areas and
outdoor learning areas, including a Forest
School provision.
The classes are housed in
modern buildings and a spacious mobile.
There is a growing and supportive PTA and
the school provides a number of
out-of-school enrichment activities,
including residentials.
An external company
provides wrap-around care for our children.
Links with the community are strong and
well-established. As a church school, we
have good links with two local churches.
Members of the churches regularly come
into school to lead collective worship and
‘Open the Book’.
We are proud that Ullesthorpe CE Primary
School was judged as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in
November 2021 and also ‘Good’ by SIAMS
in December 2019.
