You will:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning

  • Lead and manage areas of English across the school, driving improvement and innovation

  • Support colleagues to develop outstanding practice
  • Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, ensuring all children achieve their full potential
  • Regularly work alongside other leaders from across our trust

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and our PCLC community
